ZARCFIB is a 18mm long high-performance multi Polypropylen , for use as an alternative to mesh reinforcement in concrete- mixtures in building- processes.

The low thickness of the (34μ) with
several millions of numbers/ Kg result in a
low dosage of per m3 and a perfect
esthetical state of the realization (no cracks,
corrosion or even bers on the surface).
The 12mm lenght of ZARCFIB is based on
the normalized international concrete-recipe,
according to the grading-curve of concrete.
This to preserve a perfect homogeneity of the
mixture concrete + ZARCFIB as well
as to guarantee an optimal resistance behaviour
of the building-material in green-age-phase
( 3-5 hours).
Application Procedure
ZARCFIB is ideally added ad the batching plant into the premixer as an additional aggregates. consmix can added in the truck mixer on the jobsite or plant: Mixing at high drum speed , Mixing time of 1 min. per m3 to obtain a good dispersion.
Dosage
- ZARCFIB is added at the rate of 900 or even 600Gr/m3 In both cases can be pumped and with standard technologies.
- Number of ZARCFIB Polypropylen bers per dosage and total linear /m3
- 900Gr/m3 = approx. 180.000.000 approx. 3240 Km of /m3
- 600Gr/m3 = approx. 120.000.000 s approx. 2140 Km of /m3

The packaging in big-bags as well as pre-measured sachets of ZARCFIB are €urocode – Certi , and available as follows:
